OUR VICE PRESIDENT OF GASTRONOMY TOURISM SPECIALIZATION ŞEBNEM URGANCIOĞLU ERGÜDER PARTICIPATED IN THE RIZE GASTRONOMY WORKSHOP

Şebnem Urgancıoğlu Ergüder, Vice President of Gastronomy Tourism Specialization, attended the Rize Gastronomy Workshop organized by Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University between November 16-18. 

Ergüder shared her views on regional mobility and the situation in the world in agricultural economy and development in cities, branding and sustainability of local cuisines, new trends, Rize's gastro-economy and cultural values and structuring, the impact of NGOs and media in the development of tourism and gastronomy, the sustainability and impact of accommodation and hotel services for gastronomic development.
