PRESS LAUNCH OF ISTANBUL TOURISM FAIR HELD
The press launch for the Istanbul Tourism Fair, which will take place on September 25-26, 2025, at the Yenikapı-Avrasya Exhibition and Arts Center, organized by Dream Project and in strategic partnership with TÜRSAB, was held on Thursday, July 10.
The press launch, held by Dream Project CEO and Board Member Volkan Ataman and our President of the Board of Directors, Firuz Bağlıkaya, was attended by our Vice President, Davut Günaydın, Fatih RRB President Gürkan Özcan, Asia RRB President Murat Güleryüz, Chief Advisor and Airline Ticket Sales and IATA Specialization President Numan Olcar, Domestic Tourism Specialization President Mert Vardar, and Information Technologies Media and Communication Group President Mesut Kanat.
At the meeting, Firuz Bağlıkaya announced that they would create a special B2B event area at ITF to raise Turkey's tourism potential and create new cooperation opportunities for travel agencies. "This fair will open the door to strong partnerships for our sector. In the special B2B event area, nearly 500 buyers from 50 countries and 2,000 travel agencies from within the country will come together. Additionally, a Tourism Summit featuring national and international speakers will be held as part of the fair."
Volkan Ataman noted that despite being only three years old, the ITF has already garnered significant interest, with the fair already reaching 90% capacity. Ataman, who provided information about the fair, stated that it will lay the groundwork for strong business collaborations.
