"SAFRANBOLU INFORMATION TRIP" WAS ORGANIZED UNDER THE COORDINATION OF OUR GASTRONOMY TOURISM SPECIALIZATION PRESIDENCY
Under the coordination of our Gastronomy Tourism Specialization Presidency, in cooperation with Safranbolu Tourism Enterprises Association (SAFTID) and Safranbolu Municipality,"Safranbolu Information Trip" was organized on April 15-17, 2024 in order to contribute to regional tourism and to develop new tour routes and business opportunities for our agencies.
Safranbolu Mayor Elif Köse, Yenice Mayor Şekip Sertaş Karakaş, Gastronomy Tourism Specialization President Erdal Çeri, Gastronomy Tourism Specialization Vice President Şebnem Urgancıoğlu and members of the Specialization Presidency participated in the information trip; Yenice Şeker Canyon, Ihlamur Terrace, Safranbolu Historical Bazaar, Horma Canyon, Hıdırlık Observation Terrace, Yörük Village, Saffron Field, İncekaya Aqueduct, Bağlar Region were visited.
While information about the history of grapes was given at the Kara Üzümler Mansion, local cuisine tasting in Safranbolu, Turkish delight making at İmren Lokum Manufacturing House, Keşkek preparation and cooking ritual in Yazıköy, information about the history of coffee and coffee experience at the Coffee Museum were realized.
An evaluation of the trip was made at the Gala Dinner organized with the presentation of Henna Night at İmren Lokum Konak.
