THE "CONSUMER PROBLEMS IN TOURISM" SESSION WAS HELD ON THE SECOND DAY OF THE 3RD TOURISM CONGRESS OF TÜRSAB WITH THE NARRATION OF MR. AVNI DILBER

On the second day of the 3rd TÜRSAB Tourism Congress held at Antalya Gloria Golf Resort with the motto "Education, Communication and Solidarity", the session of "Consumer Problems in Tourism" was held with the precious presentation of Mr. Avni Dilber, General Director of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Trade.

Mr. Avni Dilber discussed consumer rights, problems and solutions in the tourism sector and shared information on current developments in consumer protection and market regulation.

Noting that work on the new Package Travel Regulation is underway and will be completed by the end of the year, Mr. Dilber stated that most of the problems arising from advertising are caused by victimization in the digital world.
