THE ÇUKUROVA RRB VISITED MERSIN GOVERNOR ATILLA TOROS AT HIS OFFICE

As part of Tourism Week (April 15–22), Mersin Governor Atilla Toros was visited at his office. The visit, which brought together stakeholders in regional tourism, was attended by Deputy Governor for Tourism Ahmet Gazi Kaya, Mersin Provincial Director of Culture and Tourism Hakan Doğanay, Çukurova Regional Representative Board President Dilek Dere, Mersin Tourism Operators Association (MERTİD) Board President Abdulhamit İzol, Çukurova Hoteliers Association Regional President Ali Doğan, and Mersin Hotel Managers Platform President Serdar Küpeli.

During the meeting, strategic steps to enhance Mersin’s tourism potential and the diversification of tourism activities in the region were discussed. Evaluations were made regarding the strengthening of cooperation opportunities between local administration and sector stakeholders.
