THE CYPRUS PROMOTION TRIP ORGANIZED BY OUR MESOPOTAMIA RRB TOOK PLACE

The comprehensive "Cyprus Promotion Trip" organized by our Mesopotamia Regional Representation Board with the participation of 40 travel agencies from Batman, Mardin, Siirt, Şırnak and Diyarbakır was held between 27-30 October 2024.

Our travel agencies had the opportunity to get to know the touristic values and accommodation opportunities of the region closely in the trip program, which was also attended by TÜRSAB Board Member Mehmet Akyıl, Mesopotamia RRB President Serdar Baturay and RRB Board Members Recep Koyuncu, Murat Gezer, Mehmet Uğur Özalp and İhsan Atlı.

Within the scope of the program, cultural and historical sites of Cyprus such as Çanakkale Martyrs' Cemetery, Closed Maras, Bellapais Monastery and Famagusta Port were visited. In addition, detailed information about the tourism potential of the region was obtained through hotel visits and meetings.
