THE GREEK CONSULATE GENERAL IN ISTANBUL AND THE KOSMOS GREECE VISA APPLICATION CENTER HELD AN AGENCY MEETING

The agency meeting, organized by the Consulate General of Greece in Istanbul and the Kosmos Greece Visa Application Center, took place on Wednesday, November 5th.

The meeting was attended by Konstantinos Koutras, Consul General of Greece in Istanbul; Yorgo Papalyaris, CEO of Kosmos Visa Services; Fatma Baysan, General Manager; and numerous travel agency representatives. Our Association was represented by Vice President of the Board of Directors Davut Günaydın; Board Member Esra Başeskioğlu; Ercan Güner, President of the Western Black Sea RRB; Servet İtik, President of the Istanbul European RRB; and Gürkan Akün, Head of the M.I.C.E. Tourism Specialization Department.

At the meeting, where Vice President Davut Günaydın spoke, the Kosmos delegation delivered an informative presentation. Günaydın expressed his gratitude to the Embassy of Greece, the Consulate General of Greece in Istanbul, and the Kosmos Visa Application Center for their contributions to resolving visa issues over the years. He also shared with the attendees the steps and projects TÜRSAB has taken to streamline visa processes. He expressed his belief that the collaboration will make the process faster and easier.

During the meeting, travel agencies listened to their opinions, suggestions, and requests regarding visa and application processes, and shared ideas on possible solutions.

Following the highly productive meeting, which saw strong participation, the travel agency representatives expressed their gratitude to the Kosmos Greece Visa Application Center and TÜRSAB for their support and constructive approach to the process.
