THE LAST OF TÜRSAB HEALTH TOURISM MEETINGS WAS HELD IN GAZIANTEP

The last of the TÜRSAB Health Tourism Meetings was held in Gaziantep on Friday, September 15, 2023.

The meeting started with the opening speeches of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Fatma Şahin, Gaziantep Provincial Health Director Hasibe Gençal, GTO Chairman Mehmet Tuncay Yıldırım, Ministry of Trade International Service Trade Deputy Director General Alperen Kaçar, Secretary General of the Service Exports Association Fatih Özer, TÜRSAB Board Member Elif Ural and GAP RRB President İbrahim Halil Kılınç.

The meeting, which was attended by TÜRSAB Chief Advisor to the President Soner Bacaksız, continued with presentations by Elif Ural, Board Member, Fatih Özer, Secretary General of the Service Exports Association, and Alperen Kaçar, Deputy Director General for International Trade in Services at the Ministry of Trade. Former Minister of Justice Abdülhamit Gül also attended the meeting and made a short speech.

At the meeting, where government incentives in the field of health tourism, the processes of obtaining authorization certificates and the difficulties faced by the sector were discussed, travel agency representatives had the opportunity to receive information from the authorities.
