THE LAST SSESSION OF THE 3RD TÜRSAB TOURISM CONGRESS, “LEGAL REGULATIONS ABD THE FUTURE OF TOURISM” SESSION WAS HELD

The last session of our 3rd TÜRSAB Tourism Congress organized with the motto of “Education, communication and solidarity” at Antalya Gloria Golf Resort, “Legal Regulations and the Future of Tourism” was held with the valuable lecture of İlker Ünsever, our TÜRSAB Chief Legal Advisor and Lecturer at Boğaziçi University.

Ünsever discussed the effects of legislation on tourism in detail by comparing the existing and required legal regulations. He elaborated on the importance of legal processes and current developments in the tourism sector.

İlker Ünsever also highlighted the legal infrastructure of the tourism industry, underlined that tourism can grow not only with laws but also with effective legal regulations and cooperation, and emphasized the importance of developing professional competence, consumer rights and cross-control mechanisms for the sustainability of the sector.
