THE MONTHLY MEETING OF THE TÜRSAB GASTRONOMY TOURISM SPECIALIZATION PRESIDENCY WAS HELD AT TÜRSAB CENTRAL OFFICE

The monthly meeting of the TÜRSAB Gastronomy Tourism Specialization Presidency was held on Monday, April 14, 2026, at Central Office building in a hybrid format, coordinated by our Gastronomy Tourism Specialization President Tümay İmamoğlu. The meeting was attended by Board of Directors members Gürkan Özcan and Özgür Ildır Öksüz, Culture Tourism Specialization President Hakan Çokgezen, TOAR Specialization President Erdal Çeri, our Gastronomy Tourism Specialization Vice Presidents, and members of the Specialization Board.

During the meeting, which included an evaluation of the 4th TÜRSAB Tourism Congress, discussions focused on establishing relationships with tourism professional organizations specifically regarding gastronomy tourism. Additionally, there was an extensive exchange of views on the formation of subcommittees covering areas such as street food and festivals, the development of new gastronomy routes, and the planning of panels, seminars, and workshops.

The meeting, which adopted a common approach aimed at enhancing sectoral collaborations and accelerating practice-oriented initiatives, concluded following contributions and evaluations from the members.
