THE TÜRSAB COMMITTEE HELD A MEETING WITH ZSUZSANNA PALMAI, THE HEAD OF THE VISA AND CONSULAR SECTION OF THE CONSULATE GENERAL OF HUNGARY IN ISTANBUL

TÜRSAB Board Members Engin Ceylan and Esra Başeskioğlu met with the delegation accompanied by Zsuzsanna Palmai, Head of the Visa and Consular Section of the Consulate General of Hungary in Istanbul on Monday, August 5, 2024.

During the meeting, we discussed the criteria for which travel agencies can apply for Hungarian visas through AS Visa, and our comments on the subject were conveyed, and the situation of our blacklisted members was discussed.

In addition, due to the increase in the demand for commercial travel, our requests for direct flights from Izmir to Budapest and for the Hungarian Intermediary Agency AS Visa to reopen an office in Izmir were reported.
