TOUR OPERATION MANAGEMENT TRAINING WAS HELD AT TÜRSAB CENTRAL OFFICE
On January 16, 2025, our Tour Operation Management training was held at TÜRSAB Central Office, accompanied by our expert trainers Erdal Çeri, TÜRSAB Gastronomy Specialization President and Mekin Yıkılmazsoy, TÜRSAB Route Manager. In the training, participants were given comprehensive information on the management of after-sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, producing effective solutions in crisis situations, and in-team communication and process coordination.
The training aimed to provide participants with important competencies in increasing their operational efficiency, optimizing marketing processes and adapting to industry dynamics.
