TURKISH AIRLINES HELD AN ONLINE INFORMATION MEETING ON THE MATTER OF ADM

On October 14, 2025, Turkish Airlines held a web-based seminar to provide information about Agency Debit Memo (ADM) applications.

The meeting, led by Okan Öksüz, Turkish Airlines Sales Agency Manager, provided detailed presentations and information on ADM processes.

The seminar was moderated by Numan Olcar, TÜRSAB Chief Advisor to the President and Head of Airline Ticket Sales and IATA Specialization, and Aziz Ciga, Deputy President of Specialization. The meeting, which attracted approximately 500 travel agencies, attracted considerable attention from the industry.

At the end of the meeting, participants were informed that they could submit their questions regarding the presentations by registering through the Webinar/ADM tab (https://tkagency.thy.com/management/issue-panel) on the Turkish Airlines Agency Portal.
