TÜRSAB AIRLINE TICKET SALES AND IATA SPECIALIZATION PRESIDENCY HELD A MEETING WITH YAPI KREDI BANK OFFICIALS

TÜRSAB Airline Ticket Sales and IATA Specialization Presidency held a preliminary working meeting with Yapı Kredi Bank officials to improve the financial processes for travel agencies selling airline tickets.

The meeting was attended by Numan Olcar, Chief Advisor to the President and Airline Ticket Sales and IATA Specialization President, Aziz Ciğa, Vice President of the Specialization, and the accompanying TÜRSAB committee representing our Association. Yapı Kredi Bank was represented by Esin Eser, Business Development Manager, Serpil Çoker, Branch Manager and Uğur Buğday, SME Portfolio Manager.

During the meeting, topics such as POS commission rates applied to travel agencies selling airline tickets, commission rates for letters of guarantee addressed to IATA, and direct debiting system (DBS) were discussed. In order to develop customized solutions for the financial needs of our members, ideas were exchanged on product reviews and cooperation opportunities.
