TÜRSAB AND AJET HELD A MEETING ON “AGENCY AGREEMENT”
The Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB) and AJet officials met at AJet Head Office on Monday, May 5, 2025 on the final version of the Agency Agreement, which has been mutually worked on for about 7 months.
On behalf of TÜRSAB, Mr. Numan Olcar, Chief Advisor to the President and Airline Ticket Sales and IATA Specialization President, Mr. Aziz Ciğa, Vice President of Specialization, M. Emin Bahçıvan, Director of Specialization Presidencies and Ünal Akarpınar and Mehmet Can Ilgar, Attorneys of our Association attended the meeting. On AJet's side, Mr. Macid Boyar, Head of Sales, Ms. Nazlı Ceylan Mollaoğlu, Head of Legal and Mr. Erkan Polat, Sales Manager were present at the meeting.
The meeting started with our objection to the contract AJet presented to the travel agencies during the establishment process and the need for a new contract, and was carried out jointly by the Legal Departments of both institutions and other relevant units.
The final version of the contract that emerged as a result of the studies formed the basis of a sustainable and secure business partnership for all stakeholders.
