TÜRSAB CULTURAL TOURISM SPECIALIZATION DEPARTMENT PRESIDENT HAKAN ÇOKGEZEN VISITED MUĞLA GOVERNOR DR. İDRIS AKBIYIK AT HIS OFFICE

The TÜRSAB Culture Tourism Specialization Department President, Mr. Hakan Çokgezen, visited Muğla Governor Dr. İdris Akbıyık at his office on Monday, March 2.

During the meeting, a comprehensive assessment was made of the work carried out by the Specialization Presidencies operating within the Association. In particular, projects implemented within the scope of cultural tourism, the integration of archaeological heritage into tourism in line with the principle of sustainability, and efforts to diversify cultural routes were discussed in detail.

The meeting also evaluated opportunities for cooperation to more efficiently leverage Muğla's potential in health tourism, conference and meeting tourism, gastronomy, and nature-adventure tourism. Discussions were held on strengthening public-private sector cooperation, enhancing destination diversity, and developing high-quality tourism products.
