"TÜRSAB MICE TOURISM TRAVEL AGENCIES SECTOR MEETING” WAS HELD WITH THE INTENSIVE PARTICIPATION OF OUR TRAVEL AGENCIES AND BUSINESS PARTNERS

The “TÜRSAB MICE Tourism Travel Agencies Sector Meeting,” held on Friday, February 13, 2026, in Istanbul, was hosted by our MICE Tourism Specialization President Gürkan Akün and Specialization Vice Presidents İlker Habeşoğlu, Burcu Gürol and Yusuf Cemal Yüksel, sponsored by our industry partners, and held with the active participation of our travel agencies and business partners.

The meeting was attended by TÜRSAB Board Members Gürkan Özcan and Tülay Salihoğlu, TÜRSAB Disciplinary Board President İbrahim Tanrıverdi, the RRB Presidents Servet İtik, Okan Cem Başusta, Egemen Aydın and Murat Güleryüz along with our Specialization President and Assistants.

During the evening, TÜRSAB Board Member Gürkan Özcan and the MICE Tourism Specialization President Gürkan Akün gave speeches, sharing their views and goals for the future of the sector. TÜRSAB Board members active in the field of MICE tourism had the opportunity to comprehensively evaluate the sector's contributions to the Turkish economy, new opportunities for cooperation, and current developments in the sector.

In the later chapters of the event, our members took a short break from their busy work schedule and gathered in a friendly atmosphere, enjoying a pleasant and productive evening that strengthened professional solidarity.
