TÜRSAB REGIONAL REPRESENTATION BOARDS MANDATE CEREMONY WAS ORGANIZED

TÜRSAB successfully completed the crucial Regional Representation Board (RRB) elections ahead of its 26th Ordinary General Assembly. The elections, held in 34 different regions across Turkey between October 1-7, 2025, resulted in the highest turnout to date. More than 5,000 travel agencies went to the polls in the elections, and the RRB Presidents and RRB Board of Directors who will serve in the new term were elected.

Following the elections, the Mandate Ceremony for the RRB Presidents and Board of Directors who will be taking up their new positions was held on Saturday, October 11, 2025. The ceremony, which began at 2:00 PM at the Istanbul Lütfi Kırdar Convention and Exhibition Center, Rumeli Fair and Exhibition Center, presented the Mandate Ceremonies to the representative board directors from the 34 regions. The ceremony included: Our Vice Chairmen of the Board of Directors, Board Members, Audit and Disciplinary Board Members, Chief Advisors to the President, and Specialized Heads of Departments were in attendance.

Bağlıkaya presented the RRB Board of Directors with their certificates of election, emphasizing that the elections were conducted in a fair, transparent, and lawful manner. He stated, "Each of our elected representatives has been appointed to their positions by the will of our members," and emphasized that TÜRSAB is not merely a professional organization but a structure bearing a historical responsibility for the development of Turkish tourism. Bağlıkaya concluded by saying, "TÜRSAB's strength comes from its members, and the strength of its members comes from TÜRSAB. We will all work together for an even stronger TÜRSAB in the new term."
