TÜRSAB THRACE RRB COMMITTEE ATTENDED THE TSIKNOBOURBOULIS CARNIVAL IN GREECE

Trakya RRB President Egemen Aydın and RRB Board Member Hakan Kaya attended the “Tsiknobourboulis Carnival” at the invitation of the Municipality of Orestiada, one of Greece's closest neighboring cities.

The RRB Delegation met with Orestiada President Adamantios Papadopoulos and Deputy President for Tourism Athanasios Dobas to discuss the event.

It was noted that the event attracted a limited number of international visitors this year as it fell on a weekday. Discussions were held with municipal officials regarding the possibility of the carnival being moved to the weekend and announced in advance, which could generate significant tourism activity from our country.

We extend our gratitude to Orestiada President Mr. Papadopoulos, Deputy President Mr. Dobas, and everyone involved in the organization for their gracious hospitality.
