UKTAŞ 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING CONVENED
The 2024 Annual General Meeting of the International Congress Center Facilities Management Trade Joint Stock Company was held on June 3, 2025, at the Lütfi Kırdar Congress and Exhibition Center, with the participation of UKTAŞ Board of Directors President Firuz Bağlıkaya, the Board of Directors members present, and stakeholders.
The meeting began with an opening speech by the President of the Board of Directors, Mr. Firuz Bağlıkaya. At the General Assembly, those present were given detailed information about the company's activities and balance sheet for 2024.
The agenda of the general assembly, which aimed to bring the company's articles of association into line with the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, was voted on and accepted along with other items.
