UKTAŞ HELD ITS 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of the International Congress Center Facilities Management Joint Stock Company for the year 2025 was held on April 21, 2026, at the Lütfi Kırdar Congress and Exhibition Center, with the participation of UKTAŞ Board of Directors members and stakeholders.
The meeting began with an opening speech by Vice President Selçuk Boynueğri. During the General Assembly, detailed information regarding the company’s 2025 operations and financial statements was provided to those present.
The individuals elected to serve on the Board of Directors for a two-year term were identified, and the General Assembly agenda, along with its other items, was approved and accepted.
