VICE PRESIDENT OF TÜRSAB BOARD OF DIRECTORS DAVUT GÜNAYDIN ATTENDED THE TAŞKÖPRÜ 35TH CULTURE AND GARLIC FESTIVAL

The Taşköprü 35th Culture and Garlic Festival was held with the support of the Kastamonu Governor's Office, hosted by the Taşköprü District Governor's Office, and the Taşköprü Municipality.

Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı, Kastamonu Deputies Fatma Serap Emekci and Halil Uluay attended the event. TÜRSAB Vice President Davut Günaydın represented our Association at the event. Günaydın visited Taşköprü Mayor Hüseyin Arslan and presented him with a plaque.

The festival was opened by dignitaries, and the Pompeipolis Agriculture, Forestry, Livestock, and Agricultural Products Fair was also opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Folk dance groups from Mexico, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Poland, Ukraine, and Greece, as well as the Taşköprü local folklore group, also performed.

Taşköprü garlic, a symbol of Kastamonu and Taşköprü, was introduced, and wishes were expressed for the region's tourism potential.
