A CONSULTATION MEETING ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF TOURISM IN DÜZCE AND THE WESTERN BLACK SEA REGION WAS HELD

A preparatory meeting was held to evaluate potential initiatives for the development of tourism in Düzce and the Western Black Sea Region, with the participation of Davut Günaydın, Vice Chair of the TÜRSAB Board of Directors; Ercan Güner, President of the Western Black Sea Regional Representative Board; Hakan Çokgezen, President of the Cultural Tourism Expert Committee; and M. Tümay İmamoğlu, President of the Gastronomy Tourism Expert Committee.

At this consultative meeting, which aims to contribute to the development of tourism in Düzce and the Western Black Sea region, previous initiatives were discussed in detail, and new events designed to further boost the region’s tourism momentum were comprehensively addressed. During the meeting, ideas were exchanged regarding initiatives to be undertaken to more effectively integrate the Western Black Sea region’s unique cultural heritage and rich culinary potential into the national and international tourism markets through travel agencies.
