A SECTORAL CONSULTATION MEETING WAS HELD AT OUR EASTERN BLACK SEA REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE BOARD
With the participation of travel agencies from the provinces under our Eastern Black Sea Regional Representative Board, a consultation meeting was held with the Middle East Tourism Expert Committee Directorate and the Highway, Transportation, Transport and Vehicle Leasing Directorate to evaluate oversight processes.
The meeting, held on July 8, 2026, at the Mendirek Restaurant within the Trabzon Metropolitan Municipality Social Facilities, was attended by TÜRSAB Board Member İbrahim Değermenci, President of the Eastern Black Sea Regional Representative Council Mehmet Ali Tuna, the Highway, Transportation, Transport and Vehicle Leasing Expert Committee Chair Cem Türkkan, Middle East Tourism Expert Committee Chair Hasan Bayram, and Eastern Anatolia Audit Regional Manager Yalçın Bekir Koç.
During the meeting, we reviewed the requests and expectations of our travel agencies and exchanged views on the development of regional tourism. We also discussed industry developments, initiatives related to areas of specialization, and oversight processes.
