CHINA DESTINATION PROMOTION AND B2B EVENT HELD AT TÜRSAB HEADQUARTERS
In collaboration with the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Istanbul, the China Destination Promotion and B2B Event took place on Friday, July 24, 2026, at our headquarters, hosted by TÜRSAB.
The event was attended by Wei Xiaodong, Consul General of the People’s Republic of China in Istanbul; Wang Teng, Deputy Consul General of the People’s Republic of China in Istanbul; and Zhou Weicheng, Attaché at the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Istanbul, as well as Davut Günaydın, Vice Chair of the TÜRSAB Board of Directors; Gürkan Özcan, Member of the Board of Directors; Yüksel Türemez, Member of the Audit Committee; Principal Consultant to the President Soner Bacaksız, Chair of the Gastronomy Tourism Expert Committee Tümay İmamoğlu, Chair of the Cultural Tourism Expert Committee Hakan Çokgezen, and Chair of the Middle East Tourism Expert Committee Hasan Bayram.
At the event, where our Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, Davut Günaydın, and Wei Xiaodong, Consul General of the People’s Republic of China in Istanbul, delivered the opening remarks, China’s rich culinary traditions, history, and natural beauty, as well as its diverse tourism routes and travel opportunities, were showcased, and information was provided on business collaboration opportunities tailored to the market. Following the opening remarks and presentations, B2B meetings were held to develop new business partnerships.
