ECTAA GENERAL SECRETARY ERIC DRESIN MET WITH OUR BOARD CHAIRMAN FIRUZ BAĞLIKAYA

On July 20, 2026, our Board of Directors Chairman, Mr. Firuz Bağlıkaya, hosted Mr. Eric Dresin, Secretary General of the European Travel Agents and Tour Operators Associations (ECTAA), at TÜRSAB’s headquarters and held a productive meeting with him as part of TÜRSAB’s membership in ECTAA.

Following the meeting, our Vice Presidents, Mr. Davut Günaydın and Mr. Hasan Eker, along with our Board Members, Mr. Gürkan Özcan, Mr. Kıvanç Meriç, and Ms. Yeşim Yeşiltaç, as well as our Principal Consultant, Mr. Numan Olcar, Mr. Eric Dresin delivered a comprehensive presentation on ECTAA’s structure, activities, and role in European tourism. Following the presentation, there was a mutual exchange of views on strengthening international representation, developing joint projects, and exploring opportunities for cooperation.

It was emphasized that these discussions represent an important step toward enhancing TÜRSAB’s representational capacity on the international stage and further strengthening its ties with Europe’s leading tourism associations.
