OUR TÜRSAB THRACE RRB HELD A MEETING WITH MR. CHRISTODOULOS TOPSIDIS, PRESIDENT OF THE REGION OF EASTERN MACEDONIA AND THRACE

Our TÜRSAB Thrace Regional Representative Board held a productive meeting on Friday, August 7, in the Greek city of Komotini with Mr. Christodoulos Topsidis, President of the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace.

The meeting was attended by Egemen Aydın, Chairman of the TÜRSAB Thrace RRB; RRB Vice Chairmen Altan Çetinkaya and Erdinç Nişikli; and Board Members Şükran Erçetin and İsmail Yar.

The host delegation included Christodoulos Topsidis, Governor of the Region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace; Panagiotis Archontis, Deputy Governor for Tourism; and Rıdvan Molla İsa, Regional Deputy Governor for Digital Transformation.

At the meeting, the following topics were discussed: the creation of a dedicated passage area for tourist vehicles at the Pazarkule Border Crossing, the construction of rest areas for tourists traveling on the Egnatia Highway, informational tours planned for the region by TÜRSAB Trakya RRB, the promotion of areas with potential to become new tourist destinations, and increasing the number of travel arrangements from the Eastern Macedonia and Thrace region to Thrace.
