TÜRSAB CULTURAL TOURISM EXPERT COMMITTEE HELD ITS MONTHLY REGULAR MEETING IN A HYBRID FORMAT

The TÜRSAB Cultural Tourism Expert Committee held its monthly regular meeting on Friday, July 24, 2026, in a hybrid format at our headquarters, coordinated by our Committee Chair, Hakan Çokgezen.

The meeting was attended by TOAR President Erdal Çeri, Gastronomy Tourism Expert Committee Chair M. Tümay İmamoğlu, our specialized committee vice chairs, and our members.

During the meeting, participants reviewed the Troia Vineyard Route Launch Event, the Balıkesir Northern Aegean/Southern Marmara Discovery Tour, and the 2nd Annual Antandros Ancient Festival. In addition, they exchanged views on the activities of the Cultural Tourism Expert Committee, as featured in the 16th issue of The Voice of Travel magazine.

As part of planning for the upcoming period, discussions focused on the Antandros Panel, the Troia Vineyard Trail exploration and educational tour, the presentation of the Taştepeler Project, the Syriac Workshop—which will include guest participants—and preparations for the second phase of the Balıkesir Exploration Tour.
