The Revaluation rate for 2022 is determined as 122.98% within the scope of Article 34 of the Travel Agencies Union Law No. 1618 after 542 serial number V.U.K General Communique which is published in the, 32023 numbered Official Gazette, in 24.11.2022. It is stipulated that the annual dues will be increased at the rate of “Revaluation” determined and announced under the Repeated Article 298 of the Tax Procedure Law, effective from the beginning of each calendar year.
Within the extent of the stated legislation provisions, the amount of "Annual Dues" for 2023 was 11,342.83 TL, and the amount of "Agency and Branch Establishment" was 226,856.51 TL.
