ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT VALET ATTENDANT PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCY EXAMS

TÜRSAB Examination and Certification Center operating within TURSAV (Tourism and Travel Agencies Foundation) organizes VQA Vocational Qualification exams within the scope of the relevant regulation* published in the official gazette.

Valet Attendant Vocational Qualification exams will be held on November 18-19, 2023 at TÜRSAB Headquarters (Dikilitaş Mah. Aşık Kerem Sokak No: 40 Fulya-Beşiktaş / İstanbul).

*With the "Regulation on the Execution of Vehicle Parking Services (Valet) of Businesses and Workplaces" issued by the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and published in the Official Gazette No. 31345 dated December 25, 2020 and entered into force on July 1, 2021, valets are obliged to have the VQA professional qualification certificate prepared by the Vocational Qualifications Authority (VQA).

The Regulation states that valets who do not have a vocational qualification certificate cannot be employed as of January 1, 2023, and those who violate this regulation will be subject to administrative sanctions in accordance with the Law on Misdemeanors, without prejudice to the provisions of the relevant legislation.
