ANNOUNCEMENT OF CANCELLATION PRACTICES FOR PEGASUS AIRLINES ON TICKET PACKAGES CREATED WITH TCDD

Within the scope of the negotiations we have made with Pegasus Airlines, our members will assess the CANCELLATION requests that will occur due to the deterioration of the packages they have created with TCDD, as follows.

1) If they want to add or change different tracks, changes will be made by taking the fare differences of the new tracks (if any).
2) For our agencies who want to cancel, the Pegasus team will be able to cancel the amount in different groups without penalty, and if our agency does not have a group by the end of 2023, it will be refunded.
3) Our agencies who want to receive a refund on the date they cancel the group will be refunded.
Our agencies who have such requests must contact the Pegasus Team as soon as possible in order to make the necessary revisions.
