ANNOUNCEMENT ON ACCOMMODATION APPLICATIONS FOR THE 26TH ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY
Dear Members,
Our Association's 26th Ordinary General Assembly will be held at the WOW Istanbul Hotel Convention Center, located at Atatürk Airport Road No: 15-17-19, Yeşilköy Neighborhood, Bakırköy District, Istanbul Province, on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 9:00 AM. Elections will be held on Sunday, November 23, 2025, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
In accordance with the decision of our Board of Directors, the following procedure will be applied regarding accommodation reservations and covered accommodation expenses for our members coming from outside Istanbul:
- Members attending the 26th Ordinary General Assembly from outside Istanbul must attend the first day of the General Assembly and the second day of the election to have their accommodation expenses covered by our Association.
- Each travel agency may create only one reservation request per person.
- Reservation requests: The person present must be an authorized representative and binder.
- Check-in at the hotel will be on Friday and Saturday, November 21-22, 2025, and check-out will be on Sunday, November 23, 2025.
- Rooms are designated as single occupancy.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If a reservation is made and the above conditions are not met, the no-show fee will be billed to the member travel agency.

Reservation applications must be submitted through the TÜRSAB ONLINE system.
