ANNOUNCEMENT ON COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE INFORMATION FOR TRAVEL AGENCIES SENT BY THE CONSULATE GENERAL OF HUNGARY

Dear Members,
Based on the meeting held by our Association with the Consulate General of Hungary, the Consulate General of Hungary informed that according to Article 45 of the Visa Code, travel agencies can be granted the right of commercial intermediaries and can cooperate with commercial intermediaries for the processing of applications, except for the collection of biometric identifiers.
The criteria that our travel agencies should have for commercial intermediaries and the information text regarding the application is attached.
The deadline for application is August 31, 2024.
