ANNOUNCEMENT ON ENTRY REQUIREMENTS UPDATES FOR THE REPUBLIC OF ECUADOR
Dear Members,
In a letter dated 04.06.2025 and numbered 6831159 sent to our Association by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey,
The Ecuadorian Ministry of Public Health has updated the entry conditions for the country in response to the increasing number of yellow fever and whooping cough cases, by the ‘Temporary Guidelines for Persons at Risk of Exposure to Yellow Fever at Entry Points or in Connection with International Travel’, it is stated that travelers residing in Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, and Peru must present a valid international Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate upon entry into Ecuador only if they have stayed in any of these countries for more than 10 days and that transit passengers and crew members are exempt from this requirement.
We kindly bring this matter to your attention.
Best regards,
