ANNOUNCEMENT ON FREE CITY TRANSPORTATION TO BE PROVIDED TO OUR ISTANBUL-BASED MEMBERS WHO WILL VOTE IN THE 26TH TÜRSAB ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Dear Members,

We would like to inform you that transportation support will be provided within Istanbul for our Istanbul-based members who will vote in the elections as part of the 26th TÜRSAB Ordinary General Assembly, scheduled for November 23, 2025.

For our members who cannot use the shuttles organized by our Association to reach the election site, with announced departure times and locations, we have entered into an agreement with an online transportation platform to provide round-trip transportation from your location within Istanbul to the WOW Istanbul Hotel and Congress Center. Our members will not pay any fees for trips made through this platform.

We kindly ask our members who wish to take advantage of this service to submit their requests by filling out the form on the TÜRSAB Online System (https://online.tursab.org.tr) by 5:00 PM on November 20, 2025.

Our Istanbul-based members who are authorized to vote will only be able to use the transportation service between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM on November 23. Each travel agency will only receive one code. Detailed information about the service will be sent to you via SMS on the day of the election.
