ANNOUNCEMENT ON GENERAL TOURISM, TRAVEL AGENCY, AND TOUR OPERATOR TRAINING

Dear Members,

General Tourism, Travel Agency, and Tour Operator Training will be conducted by Erdal ÇERİ, an experienced professional in the tourism sector, with the aim of comprehensively addressing the fundamental dynamics and operational structure of the tourism industry. The training is designed for professionals seeking sustainable and effective operational management in the tourism sector.

The program will cover the establishment and operation processes of a travel agency, the basic principles of incoming and outgoing tour operations, the differences between tour operating and retail agencies, product development, and package tour costing principles. Additionally, practical information will be shared on supplier relationships with hotels, guides, airlines, and transfer companies, as well as the effective management of field operations.

The training is suitable for travel agency owners, operations, sales, and product department employees, entrepreneurs new to the sector, tourism students, and participants who want to develop their careers in the field of tourism. At the end of the program, participants will gain the skills to manage operational processes more efficiently, create competitive tour products, perform accurate costing and pricing, and establish strong partnerships with industry stakeholders.

The training will take place on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the TÜRSAB General Headquarters Conference Hall/Istanbul.
