ANNOUNCEMENT ON INCREASING THE NUMBER OF EXEMPTIONS FOR FOREIGN STAFF IN WORK PERMIT APPLICATIONS BY TRAVEL AGENCIES OPERATING IN THE FIELD OF HEALTH TOURISM

According to the announcement published by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of the Republic of Turkey at https://www.calismaizni.gov.tr/calisma-izni-hakkinda/calisma-izni-degerlendirme-kriterleri/

“In the evaluation of work permit applications submitted from within the country for foreigners who will work in intermediary organizations authorized by the Ministry of Health and engaged in health tourism activities through travel agencies licensed by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the employment and financial eligibility criteria will not be applied for up to five foreigners within this scope.”

In this regard, the exemption from employment and financial eligibility criteria previously applied to two foreign nationals has been expanded to five foreign nationals with this amendment.
