ANNOUNCEMENT ON “INFLATION ADJUSTMENT” PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE WITH THE GENERAL NOTIFICATION OF TAX PROCEDURE LAW

Dear Members,

Due to the article transmitted to our Association by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB);

With the Tax Procedure Law General Notification (Sequence No: 582) published in the Official Gazette dated February 15, 2025 and numbered 32814, it has been reported that in the first, second and third provisional tax periods of the 2025 accounting period, if the conditions for inflation adjustment are realized, no inflation adjustment will be made and no balance sheet will be added to the provisional income / corporate tax returns to be submitted for these periods.
