ANNOUNCEMENT ON MEETINGS AFRICA 2026

Dear Members,

Meetings Africa 2026, one of the most important business and event tourism organizations on the African continent, organized by the South Africa National Convention Bureau (SANCB) under the South African Tourism Office, will be held at the Johannesburg/Sandton Convention Centre between February 23–25, 2026.

Meetings Africa is a B2B-focused business platform that brings together international MICE buyers (hosted buyers) with destinations, DMCs, hotels, convention centers, and other service providers from the African continent. One-on-one meetings and networking events are planned as part of the event.

Travel agencies operating in the meetings, conferences, and incentive (MICE) sector and meeting the specified participation criteria can apply for the Hosted Buyer Program to be held as part of Meetings Africa 2026.

Hosted buyers who qualify for the program will receive:

· Economy class airfare and transfers
· Accommodation during the event
· B2B appointment schedule and networking opportunities
· The opportunity to meet one-on-one with over 300 African destinations and suppliers.
