ANNOUNCEMENT ON META TÜRKIYE REPRESENTATIVES TO TÜRSAB MEMBERS ON THE SPECIAL META WHATSAPP API AND CHATBOT TRAINING

Dear Members,

The TÜRSAB Academy Meta WhatsApp API and Chatbot Training will take place on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the TÜRSAB Central Office.

Designed specifically for travel agencies aiming to elevate the customer experience in the travel and tourism sector, this program will feature Meta Türkiye managers Can Gökhan and Burak Karagöl as instructors.
This training comprehensively covers the technical infrastructure of the WhatsApp API, chatbot integrations, best practice examples, and usage scenarios tailored to the tourism sector. Participants will explore how to integrate WhatsApp’s digital capabilities into their business processes alongside Meta-certified Business Solution Partners.

By the end of the training, participants will gain the skills to create chatbot workflows, design digital customer journeys, and establish direct connections with Meta-certified solution partners to facilitate technical collaboration for future projects. The aim is for participants to enhance speed and efficiency in customer communication, gain a competitive advantage by updating their technological infrastructure, and elevate their digital presence to a more professional level following the training.
