ANNOUNCEMENT ON OUTSTANDING MEMBERSHIP FEES FOR OUR MEMBERS OPERATING IN ADIYAMAN, HATAY, KAHRAMANMARAŞ, AND MALATYA

Dear Members,

Following our strong requests for arrangements to be made to exempt our members operating in the disaster area from annual membership fee payments for 2025, as in previous years, Article 1 of Law No. 7565 on Amendments to the Foundations Law and Certain Laws, published in the Official Gazette No. 33098 dated December 5, 2025, stipulates that our members operating in Adıyaman, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, and Malatya provinces are exempt from the 2025 membership fee and that their outstanding annual membership fee debts from previous periods are considered cancelled.

In this regard; We hereby inform you that our members operating in the provinces of Adıyaman, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, and Malatya are exempt from paying annual membership fees for 2025, and any outstanding annual membership fees from previous periods are deemed cancelled.

The full text of the relevant law article is as follows:

ARTICLE 1- The following temporary article has been added to the Law No. 1618 on Travel Agencies and the Association of Travel Agencies, dated 14/9/1972:

“TEMPORARY ARTICLE 8- Annual membership fees stipulated in Article 35 shall not be collected from travel agencies operating in the provinces of Adıyaman, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, and Malatya, which were affected by the earthquake disaster on 6/2/2023 and are considered disaster zones affecting general life, for the year 2025, and their outstanding annual membership fee debts from previous periods shall be deemed cancelled without any further action.”
