ANNOUNCEMENT ON PUBLIC OPINION SURVEY

Dear Members,

The survey conducted by STATÜ İletişim AŞ with the participation of 1,117 travel agencies serving throughout Turkey revealed that 83% of the sector representatives oppose the division of TÜRSAB by legal regulation.

As a result of the research, it was revealed that the draft law that will pave the way for the division of travel agencies into different professional associations by amending the law of the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies (TÜRSAB) is not accepted by a large part of the travel agencies.

The research commissioned by TÜRSAB to STATÜ İletişim AŞ, an independent research company, revealed that a very large 83% of travel agencies are against the division of TÜRSAB.
