ANNOUNCEMENT ON REGISTRATION PROCEDURES FOR THE 4TH TÜRSAB TOURISM CONGRESS
Dear Members,
With the motto of education, communication, and solidarity, the 4th TÜRSAB Tourism Congress, which will be held for the fourth time this year in Antalya at the Nirvana Cosmopolitan Lara Hotel between April 6-8, 2026, is preparing to shed light on the future of our sector with its rich panels, expert speakers, and inspiring experiences.
Accommodation fees for the 4th TÜRSAB Tourism Congress, where we will shape the future of tourism together, are listed below.
There will be no additional registration fee for participants staying overnight. Accommodation is planned for check-in on April 6, 2026, and check-out on April 8, 2026 (2 nights).
Early Booking Room Rates Valid Until February 28
- Single Room – All-Inclusive / 2 Nights: 15,000 TL (including VAT and Accommodation Tax)
- Double Room – All-Inclusive / 2 Nights: 20,000 TL (including VAT and Accommodation Tax)
Room Rates Valid After February 28
- Single Room – All Inclusive / 2 Nights: 20,000 TL (VAT and Accommodation Tax included)
- Double Room – All Inclusive / 2 Nights: 25,000 TL (VAT and Accommodation Tax included)
Registration Fee for Participants Not Staying at the Congress Hotel (External Participation)
- Registration (external participation) is free for up to one person for TÜRSAB member travel agency representatives and authorized signatories, shareholders, or executive personnel who are not staying at the hotel.
- For our members, the participation fee for the second person is 3,000 TL for 1 day and 5,000 TL for 2 days.
- The daily entry fee for participants who are not TÜRSAB members is 5,000 TL.
- The registration form must be completed and submitted on behalf of the travel agency representatives, shareholders, or executive personnel.
- External registrations do not include accommodation services.

- Daily Participation: 5,000 TL
Travel Agency Representatives and Authorized Signatories, Shareholders, or Executive Personnel (External Participation) Fee:
- Up to 1 Person Daily Participation: Free
- 2nd Person 1 Day Participation: 3,000 TL
- 2nd Person 2 Days Participation: 5,000 TL
