ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE 2025 SERHAT TOUR SUPPORT PROGRAM

The Serhat Development Agency (SERKA), which operates under the coordination of the General Directorate of Development Agencies of the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey, has launched the “2025 Serhat Tour Support Program” intending to increase tourism activity in the TRA2 Region (Ağrı, Ardahan, Iğdır, Kars).

The program's objective is to develop the “Serhat” brand, ensure that tours are organized to the provinces of Ağrı, Ardahan, Iğdır, and Kars throughout all four seasons, increase tourism revenues, and spread these activities throughout the year.

Under the program, which will be implemented with a total budget of 3 million TL, travel agencies will be provided with accommodation support of up to 135,000 TL for tours they organize to the TRA2 Region. The support will be offered under three different packages and will vary depending on the number of accommodation days and the profile of participants.

Travel agencies holding a Travel Agency Operating License from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Turkey will be eligible to benefit from this support for tours with accommodation they organize in the TRA2 Region between August 15 and November 11, 2025. Under the program, tours can be organized with a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 30 participants.

Online applications will continue until October 31, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. A separate application must be submitted for each tour.

We would like to thank the Ministry of Industry and Technology for implementing the Serhat Tour Support Program, which was launched in line with the vision of our Tourism Century Project.
