ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE 2026 LOCAL DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE INCENTIVE PROGRAM

Dear Members,

The support measures and application details available to TÜRSAB members based on the provinces specified under the 2026 Local Development Initiative Incentive Program, announced by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Türkiye, are outlined in the Call for Proposals included in the Annex. Under this program, investors will be able to benefit from various support measures provided for under the Presidential Decree on State Aid for Investments.

Some investment areas mentioned in the Call for Proposals that may be of interest to our members include:
* Alternative and Nature-Based Tourism: Thermal tourism, winter tourism, ecotourism centers, camping and RV infrastructure, and adventure parks are eligible for support.
* Cultural and Health Tourism: Museums, theme parks, performing arts centers, as well as senior care centers and athlete performance centers are eligible for support.
* Accommodation Facilities: Investments in 4- or 5-star hotels are supported.

These support programs are provided on a provincial basis in accordance with the specified needs of each province; details can be accessed at https://yerelkalkinmahamlesi.sanayi.gov.tr/. The deadline for the preliminary application is May 15, 2026.
