ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE ANTALYA-MURATPAŞA RRB ELECTIONS

Dear Members;

In accordance with the 14th article of the Regulation on the Association of Travel Agencies, which entered into force upon publication in the Official Gazette dated 03.06.2018 and numbered 30440, and with the decision of the Ordinary Board of Directors of TÜRSAB dated 27.08.2025, the Antalya-Muratpaşa Regional Representation Board meeting with an Election Agenda will be held on 07.10.2025 between 10:00-17:00 “Ramada Hotel, Gençlik, Fevzi Çakmak St. No:22, 07100 Muratpaşa/Antalya” with the following agenda: 

RRB Election Agenda

10:00 AM Opening (Moment of Silence during the National Anthem)
10:05 AM Opening Speeches
10:10 AM Acceptance of Candidate Applications
10:30 AM Candidate Speeches
11:00 AM Voting Begins
17:00 PM Voting Ends
17:05 PM Counting, Announcement of Election Results Closing

Candidacy applications from candidates present in the election hall must be submitted to the Board conducting the election by the time the candidate speeches, as outlined in Item 4 of the election agenda, begin. Nominations will be accepted after this time.

Travel agency representatives who are not present at the meeting must submit their candidacy applications to the Association and/or the Board conducting the election, along with a signed petition, by the time specified above, in accordance with the last paragraph of Article 8, Paragraph 5, Subparagraph (ç) of the Regional Representation Board Formation and Working Principles.

The Voter List for the Antalya-Muratpaşa Regional Representative Board election, as per Article 8 of the Regional Representation Board Formation and Working Principles, is attached.

It is important to verify the information on the Regional Representation Board Election Voter List regarding the authorized representative and binding person who will attend the meeting on behalf of your travel agency and exercise their right to vote and be elected, through TÜRSAB Online. Information regarding representatives and binding agents whose names are not listed on TÜRSAB Online must be updated in the system.

For travel agencies whose current information is included in the Association’s records and the relevant trade registry, it is sufficient for the representatives and binding agents to present their identification documents.

If this is not updated, the following must be submitted by the Trade Registry Office:

-Current and Valid Certificate of Activity

-Signature Circular

-Trade Registry Gazette

Original or notarized copies must be presented to Association officials on the election day.

Only travel agencies whose names appear on the voter list have the right to participate in the election.

An objection to the voter list must be submitted to the TÜRSAB Board of Directors within 7 days of the announcement.

The right to participate in the election on behalf of a travel agency cannot be exercised through a power of attorney or letter of consent.

In this context, we kindly request your participation in the Regional Representative Board meeting, which will focus on the election agenda.
