ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE CANCELLATION OF THE LAWSUIT FILED BY OUR ASSOCIATION REGARDING THE INCREASE IN THE ANNUAL FEE FOR THE HEALTHTURKEY PORTAL FROM 26,000 TL TO 120,000 TL

Dear Members,

Regarding the annual fee for mandatory membership of the HealthTurkey Portal, as specified in the fourth paragraph of Article 8 of the Regulation on International Health Tourism and Tourist Health, which has been increased by USHAŞ by 361.54% from 26,000 TL to 120,000 TL.

Members who wish to appeal the decision have the right to intervene in the lawsuit. For the benefit of members who wish to intervene in the lawsuit, a sample Intervention Petition Attachment is provided.
