ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE ENDING OF THE PRINTED INTERNATIONAL DEPARTURE TRANSACTION STAMP APPLICATION

Dear Members,

Payment of International Departure Transaction Stamp will be discontinued as of 01/01/2025, and how the payments will be made is stated below.

Taxpayers who will go abroad pay the International Departure Fee;

-Digital Tax Office of the Revenue Administration (dijital.gib.gov.tr),

-GİB Mobile applications,

-Internet banking and mobile banking applications of contracted banks,

-Postal and Telegraph Organization Inc. (PTT) cashiers,

- Cash desks of the treasury office, accounting directorates, goods directorates and customs accounting offices,

-It can be paid at the tax offices' cash desks.

Since the payments made through the channels listed above are automatically transferred electronically to the General Directorate of Security, departure transactions abroad are carried out without needing a receipt.

Payment for the International Departure Fee can be made via the above-mentioned digital platforms and other easily accessible methods before arriving at the airports.
