ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHTS TO VOTE AND BE ELECTED BY MEMBERS WHOSE TRANSFER PROCESS IS ONGOING

Dear Members,

For travel agencies whose transfer process has been completed by our Association and whose files have been submitted to the Ministry for the required period to vote in the Regional Representation Board elections, a petition must be submitted to our Association, including the signature of the transferring authority, confirming the transfer of all rights related to the right to vote and be elected.

Following the submission of this petition to our Association, the right to vote and be elected may be exercised by the representative and the binding authority of the transferring travel agency.
