ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE GENERAL COMMUNIQUE NO. 538 ON TAX PROCEDURE LAW

Dear Members,

With the General Communiqué on Tax Procedure Law No. 538 published in the Official Gazette dated 31/5/2022 and numbered 31852, an obligation to notify the Revenue Administration regarding the announcements published on the internet has been introduced.

Pursuant to the Law on Renting Houses for Tourism Purposes and Amendments to Certain Laws, there is an obligation to notify the transactions related to daily rental of houses within the scope of the General Communiqué on Tax Procedure Law No. 538.
